Ho Sai Gai — Restaurant in Town of Rye

This place is horrible, for one I ordered boneless bbq ribs and received lobsters and shrimp throw up seriously I can’t believe they plated that and still sold it, I’m unfortunately allergic to all seafood so I couldn’t eat any of that not that I would anyway. I called back, the lady told me what I ordered and I told her that’s not what I ordered why would I order something I’m allergic to, she sent me my actual order and let me tell you I wish I could have gotten my money back, the rice was undercooked and had absolutely no flavor for pork fried rice. I am pregnant and this was a craving of mine and I literally cried at how bad the rice was the ribs were not that bad but I honestly wanted rice and I got the worst tasting rice in all of Port Chester. I do not know how this restaurant has received such high ratings on here but this is probably one of the worst plates of food I have ever eaten in my life 🥵🥵. The food was stale and recooked especially the Peking duck, fried shrimp and fried chicken. The beef and seafood special was about 80% vegetables. For the expensive rates they charge here it is totally not worth it. I thought that after the 45 minute wait for my food- it was extremely disappointing. I've ate food from here few times now and I was never disappointed. Always tastes fresh and is prepared pretty fast. The staff listened well if you want something extra spicy or have other special requests. It's hard to miss in its location and it gets hard to find parking in the busy lunch hours but its definitely quality food at your regular Chinese...
