Breakfast House — Restaurant in Town of Rye

I went there this morning for breakfast, and had a bad experience. I waited a half hour for my order to arrive. Other customers who arrived after me got their order before me. When my food finally arrived, the order was wrong. I said something, and the waitress took it back. Then, it took forever to get my food. I watched other orders served to other customers. There was zero sense that we got your order wrong, there should be a priority on getting me my food. I waited over 45 minute to get a breakfast burrito with a side of home fries. Also, they did not even get me new home fries, the home fries were cold when my food came. To add insult to injury, the waitress asked the owner if she could not charge me for the breakfast burrito, but the owner refused. It used to be nice and friendly place with its former owners.. not any more. My last experience made me decide, do not visit this place never ever again.. Diamond in the rough!! I went with the Mexican breakfast, “2 tacos.” I sat behind the cook and got to see all the dishes. I must say they all looked phenomenal. The joint is small and tends to be extremely noisy, especially when every other table has screaming children. Come on, parents, let’s get it together. Oh well.
