I ordered from DD for the 1st time today and what could have been a disaster, turned out to be an awesome experience. Ordering from the app was easy and while I wasn't sure I could still order a breakfast sandwich (it was 10:30a), it seemed to go through. I received confirmation of the order and away I went to pick it up. The drive-thru is a slow process here and I'm not sure why. Maybe that can be improved upon. I told them I was there to pick up an order and when I finally got to the window, the staff member told me that they never received the online order so she asked to see my phone. Another woman came to the window and verified what I ordered and told me she'd make it. Not wanting the people behind me to get even more disgruntled, I told her it was ok and nevermind. With a huge smile on her face and a very pleasant voice she said "no, it'll take me 1 minute" and was she right. Wow, it was done in a flash and I just want to say how much I appreciated that. It was delicious and how great that I can get a breakfast sandwich anytime I want! Kudos to the staff here for being so honest about the problem and then being nice to rectify it. Read moreFirst of all I am a SERVER, so I am well aware of the difficulties faced dealing with the public every day. This is by far the worst Dunkin, with the worst staff. I stopped going here for so long because my order has something wrong with it every single time I go, but it is conveniently located so I decided to give it a try today. Low and behold, an item was missing from my drive thru order. So I go in and tell them to which they respond by asking for my receipt -they didn’t give me one. The manager comes over and says “oh they only charged you for 1 of those” and stands there staring at me. So i responded “well I ordered 2.” I had to pay for the remaining missing item which okay, understandable, but at this point I was already annoyed at the fact that it was forgotten in the first place, and the way the manager responded was so odd. So they make my item, I get in my car, go to take a bite, and there’s a giant hair. This is the last time I go to this location and I urge you to do the same. Staff is uneducated, lazy, clearly unclean, and I was stupid enough to think this time would be different....
Read moreThis is a tough review to make because this is one of my starred locations. However, the door being locked during business hours so frequently finally got to me today. I ordered a walk-in on-the-go order. I get there today and the door is locked. Now I'm a hostage because I already paid on the app. So I joined the drive thru line. While waiting there, suddenly like magic someone unlocks the door 15 minutes later. I leave the drive thru line and go in. No apology. 25 minutes later. Here's a thought: if you are short staffed, the idea should not be locked your doors since you are open, unless you post a sign that states "Drive-Thru Only". Instead, allow people to come in and apologize in advance for the inconvenience and explain that there be a longer than usual, which would then give people to wait or leave at...
