Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

I order here at least twice a week, it used to be great until about a month ago. Lately the pepperoni on the pizza tastes old and has been giving us stomachaches. I also place my orders for curbside delivery and on the app the timer will start, they have a certain amount of time to bring the order out or you get a coupon for a free pizza. They stop the timer inside and then make you wait for the pizza. Technically you should get a free pizza but they are lying about giving the order out on time. The other day this happened again, I gave them an extra minute and then went inside. The lady was on her personal cell phone, didn’t acknowledge me, and I saw both of my pizza just sitting in the oven, done. 5 minutes later she asks me if I’m picking up, I said yes, she boxed up my order and basically threw it at me with an attitude. She stopped the timer about 30 seconds into me showing up and it the actual time it took was about 15 minutes longer. Super rude. Horrible Location. I made a complaint online and a week later still haven’t got a response so that’s that.

Update: Ordered about $50 in pizza, every pie was not cut through and all the slices were sliced at the top totally uneven, there were giant slices and mini ones. The pies with Alfredo sauce were more like Alfredo SOUP. There was so much sauce on here it was just rolling off, making it impossible to even cut the pizza correctly at home, it all fell apart and was disgusting. Even regular cheese pie isn’t cut the right way, this has been going on for so long, how does someone still care so little to cut pizza like this? A 4 year old could do a better job. Ordered pizza tonight. 2 for $5 deal. Driver couldn't find my house less than ten minutes down 25A, even after given detailed instructions (btw I ordered from here frequently, so my apartment shouldn't be a mystery at this point.) The driver eventually figured it out and handed me the wrong order at my door. Took a walk to his car to correct the order, where he had a handful of other food orders and had to piece them together properly. I had Ordered garlic butter sauce - I got 2 cups of vanilla icing instead. Jalapeño and bacon cheesy bread had almost no Jalapeño or bacon, mostly just cold cheese and raw dough. The store seemed very confused when I called to tell them about the mistake(s) that took place. They offered to drive back but I wasn't that interested at this point. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, however the quality of food and the level of disregard from management has been unacceptable on more than a few occasions. Upon reading other horror stories on here, I have to say - don't waste your money or time here. You'll be happier with a bowl of cereal instead. This store is really going down hill. The amount of poor reviews ought to catch corporates attention at some point. Dominos is practically a plug-and-play food service system that is almost impossible to screw up, but somehow they manage. Waited an hour and a half for my pizza. Sent out my order at 8:00. I always follow the app and after it said the pizza was in the oven, it went back to saying they were making the pizza again. Then it said that the driver left at 8:30, at 9 I still didn't have my pizza. I called and the guy said the driver must have had a stop before me and will be there within the next few minutes. I live about 8 minutes from this location. Another 15 minutes pass and still no delivery, so I call and they said he's lost but he will be there within the next few minutes. Then I get an alert on the app saying my pizza has been successfully delivered. This time my boyfriend calls and the guy says not to worry because the app runs a little fast, even though his account was already charged for the food we hadn't received. He voided the purchase for our inconvenience which we appreciated, but we were starving. We finally got our food at 9:30pm. This is the 3rd time I have waited at least an hour for my food. The drivers have gotten lost all 3 times, my complex is right off route 111 and the buildings have giant letters on the sides so it's not difficult to find my apartment. Pretty frustrating, I didn't learn my lesson the first 2 times but after last night I'll order from a different dominos...
