Main Street Pizza Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

My family and i have been ordering from this establishment for years. At least once a week. After putting in another delivery request and not receiving it for over 2 hours, we call and they not only give us an attitude and tell us NO it was delivered, but they also coincidentally sent their delivery driver home an hour ago. If the pizza was delivered, we wouldn’t be calling and I wouldn’t have to scramble to feed my kids something else at 8pm at night now.

Not only that, but the apparent “owner” on the phone tells me that our third party (slice app) individual who called to ask about it couldn’t even speak English and he couldn’t understand a word he said. Then, continues to basically call us liars over a $20 pie. Absolute disgrace, rude and racist. Never...

Probably the owner son I purchase an Xbox on Facebook marketplace and the account I purchased it from was pretty much advertising this stuff in 2018 was like they advertised it back then I think he used to work there or something cuz well it's literally on there official like official Facebook account I have proof. They scared me out of like 215 bucks for a Xbox ones and they drop it off it was like a young man he gave me like a baby Yoda Dollar tree bag thing he literally sold me a broken one I called up the owner he says he's got no one working for him name James cuz I also found his OfferUp account which had the same exact thing posted and his OfferUp account name is James so I don't get any help I lose out on enough money to get me...

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Earlier this week I got a pie, half bbq chicken half plain. The next morning not only myself but 3 other people including a kid no more than 4 years old got sick( diarrhea, constant Vomiting). When I called the store and spoke to the owner not only was he rude but also hung up the phone when I expressed my concerns about the incident. Disgusting behavior from someone that should at least hear what the customer has to say. Will not buy here again! And to the owner maybe tell your workers to wear gloves and switch them when handling...
