Highly debated on leaving a review as I try to give people the benefit of the doubt however after the past few visits here I can go unheard and the people need to know what is happening at this location. I have come here for many years and it just keeps getting worse. At first it was just them being slow even if it was not busy and the drive thru line being backed up onto the road that even if you wanted to come sit down and eat you can't get into the parking lot. However, it just kept getting worse with them going from getting my orders wrong to legitimately forgetting food items and claiming that they are there and not giving me the food that I paid for. I always ask for no pickles and without doubt they always put them on and when I ask for them to remake it is an attitude and nasty look from the workers. One time I ordered an in restaurant pick up through the movbile app. I ordered 2 Big Macs, 1 medium fries, and 1 large fry for me and a friend. I get into my car and check and first issue was there wasn't a large fry. I said something they were like oh no it's in there and I'm like ok well it isn't and they all start looking at each other like I'm making it up. They did give it to me but definitely thought I was scamming. I thought that could be the only issue and just went back into my car and drove to my friends house. Well it wasn't, they put pickles on mine despite saying no pickles and they put cheese on my friends again despite clearly marked on the order that she did not want cheese. This just keeps happening it's always something and I'm tired of having to park my car at a drive thru to deconstruct a hamburger to make sure that they can read properly. Read moreEDIT My god this place does not get any better. Its not that the staff is young, everyone needs their first job. I think the problem is that either nobody cares or nobody is training the staff. I give my order at the intercom, they read back my order incorrectly at the cashier, I fix it only to get the wrong order at the final window to then have to pull to one of the spots of shame to wait for my order. You guys just can't get it right. Look at your reviews, abysmal at best. Every single time I say give them another shot my kids need something quick, there is a problem. Failure is the only thing this store seems to be consistent at. Disaster.
I come to this location because of convenience since it is close to my house. Due to the way the location is run, I’ll be going elsewhere or to a further McDonald’s.
Nearly every time I go here my order is either wrong or I have to wait in one of the spots. When we have to wait, it’s never quick either. I am always waiting for an extended time. Sometimes, I have to go in and let them know I’m still waiting and grab it myself.
One of my biggest irritations is if I’m grabbing food for my family on the way home and I have 5 drinks…. Why do I need to ask for a cup holder. Who’s carrying 5 drinks and the food into the house. And for the love of god, get rid of the paper straws. They crumble and my drinks taste like wet...

The price on the screen was shown, and when I went to pay, the cashier told me a different price, which was .27 cent higher, which obviously is no big deal, but I took a look at the receipt, and the cashier had charged me more to make a donation to the Ronald McDonald's house. It's called rounding up, and the extra money goes to charity. I give a lot of money to many different charities every year. But when someone who lies to me and tells me it's the extra tax. I have a problem with that. I felt totally violated by this staff member at McDonald's. She has no right to spend my money that I work very hard for. I think I am more upset because of how many more people this is happen to with even noticing this. The manager was helpful in hearing my complaint, and she understood this. She had wanted to give me some manager discounts/ coupons for free meals. But this was not about the money it was about how someone can lie, cheat, steal, and defraud customers.
