SoBol Hauppauge — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

I always go to This particular So-Bol they are always wonderful. I had a little hiccup with them and they actually did a very sweet thing for me considering I was recently in a car accident & this is my Base Nutrition. I was to thank THANK YOU TO Kyssa a very very sweet woman. And the ONLY one to write back. Thank you! I am very impressed. And I will recommend to you everyone well wanted to post the picture but wont let me for spme reason. . But they gave me a $30 Gift Car for My smoothies. & Said Feel better. I appreciated that so much. As i cant afford alot as a single Autism mom and had a donations up but didnt do so well. Thank you again...

My friend and I ordered a açai bowl and first thing, the girl in the cashier was definitely not friendly, looks like she doesn't wanna work. When we ordered we told them a LITTLE BIT OF GRANOLA. They gave us our order and the bowl had more granola than açai. We went back there to ask why there was so much granola and she rolled her eyes began to give us so much attitude. She said thar was they way they make it. However, we have been to so many different locations and there is never so much granola. She didn't want to help us. Began to make faces and act disrespectful. I will never go back again....

I just bought a $14 smoothie. I was given a paper straw. When I tried the paper straw it would not draw the smoothie. When I asked for a plastic straw I was told “ they only have paper”. Well I went there yesterday for the same smoothie and you gave me a plastic straw. I was given another paper straw that again didn’t work. If paper straws are a must, get ones that work with the product you sell. Maybe test it out yourself. I’m so tired of how this business constantly puts children in place...
