I spilled a large iced coffee about 2 seconds after it was handed to me, I was with my wife and child and tried very hard to mask how distraught I felt at that moment while trying to clean up my mess and hold my daughter’s hand in a very crowded place. I abandoned the mess and two girls from behind the counter very calmly took charge. Without adding at all to my general embarrassment they asked me if I wanted a another drink and promptly brought me another one with a smile. I would like to express my appreciation to these kind girls who assisted me, and commend management for hiring well qualified staff that are capable and calm in a very crowded and demanding...

Their coffee is absolutely delicious. Probably some of the best & most consistent I’ve had. My huge issue with this place is the pricing inconsistency. I went in yesterday to get a coffee and then back again today to get the same thing and was priced DOUBLE than yesterday. Kinda insane if you ask me. This heavily deters me from going back because I never know how much I will be charged for a coffee (mind you today’s order cost me over $7, yesterday it was $3).

Edit: they reached out and completely made amends to the situation and gave me clarity into how to order a way to keep things consistent. Great customer service. 5 stars - the best...

I went there with my boyfriend for the first time today and it was amazing! I was a little skeptic at first because I have an allergy to dairy and most coffee places will give me regular milk instead of the almond or soy milk I ask for, but I was willing to give it a try. My coffee came out exactly how I wanted it! I was so happy. The woman taking my order was so nice and friendly, and as i was leaving she even said "by courtney! Have a good day!" Among the busy line she was helping. I was so taken back by the amazing hospitality, this visit really made my day :) 10/10...
