SoBol Westhampton Beach — Restaurant in Town of Southampton

I got two açaí bowls and they taste fine but they were not filled all the way which is outrageous considering how expensive they are. The strawberries were just full strawberries not chopped the way other so bols do them. The workers there are all very rude teenagers who obviously dont know the first thing about customer service, and this is coming from a teenager who works in hospitality. Overall extremely disappointed and feeling like i wasted my money. This also is not the first time i’ve had an issue with this place, every time i’ve bought from here the employees are so rude! The teenager there also asked if i wanted a bag when my bowls were ready, and when i replied yes she rolled her eyes at me as if she didn’t ask me if i wanted a bag. Listen I’m a very reasonable person, if this just happened once I would understand but now multiple times I have placed a Online order around 8 when they open or even drive to the store to get açaí and the manager hasn’t been there and the poor workers are waiting outside the store saying they have to wait for the manager to come because he has the keys??? If he is the manager shouldn’t he be there at 8 not 840 (which has happened before he came at 840 not 8) and he says late night last night clearly he’s not responsible enough to have this title. Went in to get an açaí bowl. Wasn’t greeted when we got in there. The person who helped us as the counter looked us up and down and gave us a dirty look, then proceeded to be rude and short with her words. When received the two bowls, it seemed as they were thrown together, sloppy, and not filled all the way. Then when we asked for more granola they gave it to us aggressively and disrespectfully. We kindly said thank you to them and they ignored us. I enjoy sobol very much and have been to many different locations. The patchogue, sayville, and riverhead locations are all fantastic.
