Incompetent Mattituck Mcdonald’s Workers!!!

HELLOOO, can you guys read???? I ASKED FOR A PLAIN, you inputed plain. You also inputed cheese for other one. I’m tired of the workers wasting MY MONEY!!! This has happened sooo many times and I also try to go back and have it corrected. If i do it right then and there you’ll fix it but if i want to go back the next day or even a few hours later you guys deny the remake. It is my money, I have avoided this place since the last time you guys did the same error. How could it be possible for you as an owner to hire so many incompetent employees. I will never go back. I have had so many same encounters but so many not only fix it but it never happens again in those places. I’m so furious with the amount of times i’ve had to go inside here to correct my order that shouldn’t be happening. Mcdonald’s ain’t even that good, it’s just a cheap snack when yr lazy or busy w work and need food. IT SHOULDNT BE THIS COMPLICATED. it’s a fast food establishment. Absolutely unacceptable!! how hard is it to get a simple order right? I’ve given this McDonald’s in Mattituck way too many chances, and they fail me every single time. The main issue? They constantly put cheese on my order — even when I explicitly request NO CHEESE. I’m not talking once or twice. I mean every single visit. It’s not just annoying, it’s infuriating. Whether it’s for dietary reasons, allergies, or just personal preference, when someone says NO CHEESE, it’s not a suggestion. It's the most basic part of the order, and they still can’t get it right. To make it worse, the staff doesn’t seem to care. No apology, no fix. If you can't read the screen or follow a simple request, maybe you shouldn't be working the line. I’m done wasting money here. The food was fresh and hot and the people were very nice I used that new automatic tell machine that they put in and I guess my order fell through the cracks I sat for a long time waiting for my food it was only was an employee noticed me sitting there waiting during I grant you a very busy lunch rush that they realized that my order was never filled I would go again the staff was very nice and the establishment is very clean one of the nicest McDonald's I've ever been in really it was only the automatic teller that through off the service otherwise this would definitely be a five...
