When we arrived, no one brought over any menus. We waited about an hour and a half for our food. About half an hour after we ordered, we were told they were out of one of our dishes. We never got our waters. I ordered a Chicken and Burrata salad, and when it finally arrived, they forgot the Burrata - it’s literally in the name of the dish. Our waiters came so infrequently that I had to get up multiple times to ask for things (water, burrata, our check). Since the dining room is around the corner from the bar, we legitimately felt like they forgot about us. When they came to clean up, a waitress even admitted that sometimes they forget there are people in the dining room.
