Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Southold

sooo disappointing... why do I bother making a specific order, the same drink I get 99 out of 100 x's! here's the order (I have the same favorite'd on my mobile app): double tall late w/whole milk no foam, w/3 sugar-in-raw & stirred please 😌 (I even exchanged pleasantries with register clerk about using a metal spoon instead of those dreadful wooden stirrers, which is why I ask)... & what do I get?: a tall double late filled 3/4 with foamy whole milk, & not a single sugar-in-raw, not to mention unturned (wouldn't make difference anyway) this isn't the 1st time here. why? do I deserve it? am I hated? I am nice, & go there often. get a clue baristas! you're losing another customer...

Yess running late on this review but definitely worth the wait lol the store it self is fresh and clean and the staff are amazing and great you with a wonderful smile thank y’all for that but their one employee in particular for me and that’s kaiya T, when I say you made the best frozen strawberry açaí lemonade I ever had, and I did’t fill like I wasted my money cause that drink their everyone can’t do but they tried. Kaiya the texture was the right consistency, and the way she whip that up and had dem flavors flowing together shout out to you. Gave me a refund, which was nice. However they served me something that I didn't ask for and felt the need to not tell me. Total first world problem but I HATE the Oprah chai. It tastes like a flower dripping with honey. I went and ordered a venti chai tea latte as per usual. Took a sip. Gross. I told them it tasted weird to which they responded "oh.
