Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Town of Thompson

ALWAYS HAS LONG LINES, WITH FEW WORKERS. Also when there's lines, it's common for the workers to not allow u to have any tasters in order to rush the line. But when u look through the windows, you see 3/4 workers and only one actually taking orders, the other are just talking to each other or you'll have a guy mopping the same spot on the floor for 20 min, 1000 times over and over. When the manager came due to the request of a taster for one of the flavors, he just stuck to the workers side and said right now bec there's a line even though your making a large order and the peices aren't cheap, still as the worker said he's not doing tasters now. (Meanwhile, the another guy started serving by the other window, now that the managers there, and he went straight to giving that person a taster. So it showed that the whole thing...

I have to say Rita's has the most delicious and amazing selection of Italian ice in the entire US. But at this specific location the time it takes to get served takes forever. For some odd reason it can literally a good 20 min just to get to the window. Even though there are 3 service windows at this location. It takes quite a while for them to process each individual order. Though it was worth the wait, I do hope this location comes up with a much more quicker and efficient system to serving there customers at a...

Delicious cholov yisroel ice cream, custard and Italian ice. Everything there is really nice and clean (all customer areas are outdoors on their nice tables with umbrellas for shade), the server was very nice... But lines (usually) get long very quickly as they only have one person working there.
