I went to Big Ben Jewelers about 2 weeks or less before my wedding. They were my last ditch effort after the last jewelry royally screwed up my wife’s wedding and engagement ring. The other jeweler cleaned and resized both rings. However according to Bug Ben they stretched the rings to resize, not doing it properly. This caused the diamond to fall out of the wedding ring. All of this happened about a week before our wedding! Big Ben promised they would do their best to resize and put another diamond in the engagement ring. They did exactly what they said with the engagement ring and wedding band. Both rings looked amazing and the new diamond was more beautiful than the original! Big Ben Jewelers did an absolutely amazing job creating my custom wedding ring using an heirloom ring which belonged to my grandmother. Anthony demonstrated amazing skill and expertise, melting down the original ring and using the existing diamonds (plus adding a few more) to create the perfect ring for me. They truly took their time with my family, ensuring the sizing and style was perfect for us. My mother and husband spent time consulting with Suzie and Anthony to ensure the ring was completed prior to our trip abroad. This business is incredible. My wife and I bought our super antique engagement rings in Montreal at a total dive estate shop. Neither of us had ever seen rings like the ones we bought and that’s why we loved them, but we knew they needed serious attention if they were going to last forever. I dropped them off at Big Ben to be reinforced, polished, have the stones securely set, etc and within a week or so they had been overhauled like I could not believe. My mother is a gemologist and I grew up studying jewelry and viewing stones with her- this said, Big Ben did one of the most expert repairs on our rings I’ve ever seen.
