Majek Furniture — Local services in Town of Thompson

I purchased a high-rise bed for my son. The gentleman on the showroom that helped us was pleasant and showed us how to raise the underneath bed. The bed started to bend around 5 months later and make it unsafe for my son to use. When I contacted Joey, he said take pictures and email them. I did this and waited two weeks until I contacted him again! He tells me the manufacturer won't give him credit....so I dont get credit. It's a shame that Majek doesn't want to make things right by their customers! Joey could have turned around and taken care of this issue, to keep a customer...terrible way to do business! I should have just purchased an air mattress at Walmart.

In response "to the owner"...I dont think my son sleeping on a bed for 5 months should be considered abuse! I didn't realize that the product I purchased was cheap material...not steel..steel does not...

Well I see that I don't even need to leave this feedback because everyone has left 5 stars however I feel obligated to write my experience with this business. We don't even live close by and we make sure to buy all of our furniture at this place. Kasey help us get pick out all our furniture. Not only incite full but gave us a great deal. Everything was delivered perfect with nothing damaged and or broken. We live in PA so they made sure we didn't pay sales tax and the furniture was top notch. I have been to many furniture places and this one is the best. It's worth the ride because your going to find value and great selection. Not to mention good advise and the staff is NOT pushy they want to give you want you want any nothing more. 5 star...

My father, who is getting we might say to an advanced age, bought a recliner with electric controls about a year earlier. Delivered to his house, set it up, loves it, uses daily. Yesterday, late afternoon it wasn't working, tried various things, couldn't get it going. He calls Majek, not 15 mins later they had an employee in his house, pulled it apart and showed him a second connector that sometimes apparently can come apart, plugged in and back in service.

Where do you get service like that any more, especially on an item they sold a year ago? This makes a huge difference and I would highly recommend them. Guarantee the big box stores or heaven's forbid an internet purchase. Can't beat that caring and level of service. Thanks...
