Stay away! You will be disappointed every time! After the last couple of visits to this location we had extremely long wait times of at least an hour or more, no one to acknowledge customers or apologize for wait times. The drive up is a joke. They do not keep track of what side they are waiting on so we were skipped over multiple times making the wait even longer. When you finally get your food it is either cold or not the right order. Most unorganized and horrible customer service I have ever had. I swore I would never go back. This morning my husband decides he would try it again as it had been a year since we have gone. He used the mobile app for breakfast ahead of time , we showed up in the drive thru just after 10am. Waited in line and as usual were skipped over, other customers that had been waiting drove off. We waited so long that the menus switched over to lunch. We decided to then leave the line and go inside where multiple people were waiting, no one was at the counter to acknowledge anyone. Finally, after me calling the location, someone answered and I explained the situation of waiting for an hour and that my husband was waiting in the lobby with other customers with no one to even acknowledge them. She never apologized for the wait or even acknowledged that there was any problem and actually hung up on me. We were looking for a refund because clearly we were not getting our food and the order dissappeared because of the timeframe. I work in the customer service industry and am a very patient and understanding patron but in this case, individuals at that location need to be taught what customer service is.    Read more9/14/24. Update. WOW. What a change since my last review. Today I decided to go with wife for breakfast and visit our friends. I sat down and use the app to do table side service as now days it is difficult at times to order from counter. Plus it was somewhat busy today. Must be leaf peepers. I place my order and waited. As time went by not food. My table number is 109. Someone a while ago removed the 109 sticker and it hasnât been replaced. The surrounding tables have their numbers and Iâve not had a problem before using this table and itâs missing number. Finally my wife went up and found that my tray was put in the take out cubby. Well needless to say the âHOT CAKESâ were DEFINITELY NOT HOT. By this time it was crowed and a line was forming. I knew it was not going to be easy to correct problem. I placed the ONE pad of butter on top of my THREE COLD CAKES and decided to return back home (ten minutes). Got home and warmed my cold food in microwave. The picture of un melted butter is a result of a ten min ride home. It will unfortunately be a while before I return. This is not my first recent dissatisfaction but just never reviewed. Curious if the new owner will respond.
For Fast Food McDonalds this is one of my favorite McDonalds. More for a breakfast with my Pegztr. The staff is always friendly. Usually you will see the owner Scott there. Always a smile and hello. Scott takes pride in his McDonald Restaurants and it shows. Zack, manager is also very personable. He goes the extra mile. It is always nice to frequent a place that recognizes you and greets you like a person and not just another dollar đ” heading to the cash register. This McDonaldâs continues to deteriorate. As many have reported drive thru messed up our order. When I went in to get the correct order Dani the âmanager â (lol) never apologized. Refused to help until I produced the receipt (back out to car) even though I returned the food order I was given..( 2 chix sandwiches instead of quarter pounders). Then Dani insisted on doing a refund even though I said no just give me the correct order. She Wouldnât give me the order until I went to car to get original form of payment! The icing on the cake is she never placed my order when I first made her aware. She did nothing to fill it quickly but waited till all orders ahead were filled!!! Then provided me with the correct food.
Now orders can get messed up but she treated me like I was wrong. Like I was trying to get something I hadn't paid for. Where is the customer service, where was the effort to solve the problem without inconveniencing me anymore because of their mistake?
This is an absolute shame. Prior to changing ownership, and store management several years ago it was an excellent establishment. The new owner does not run a tight ship. The managers are a joke. McDonaldâs should revoke their franchise. This place is a disgrace!
