Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Tonawanda

OMG, Dunkin can't you ever, ever get our order right. No matter which one we go to, something is always, always wrong with our order. We thought we would try you again, and you did not disappoint. Not. Our conversation: Do you have strawberry cream cheese? Dunkin: what type of bagel would you like it on? us: Cinnamon raisin, toasted. Do you have Blueberry bagels? Dunkin: No just cinnamon raisin and strawberry. Us: ?. Okay give me another cinnamon raisin, toasted with strawberry cream cheese. We get our order and start to drive away, I check our bagels, both are cinnamon raisin, but bother have garden vegetable cream cheese on them. Yuck! We back up because no one was there and say, this is not what we ordered. They take the bag and are discussing it between them for some time and then hand us back a bag. We drive off. We are down the street. I look at the bagels and it looks like white cream cheese. My husband opens his and says, they scrapped off the garden vegetable cream cheese and put a little bit of strawberry cream cheese over it. As someone who works around the area I spent most of my mornings/afternoons at this dunkin. here are something you should know. 1- Mobile Order is useless for this place. I ordered 5 times and all 5 I had to go into the store and ask where my order was and then they started preparing it. 2- Don’t expect your drink to be mixed. Seriously. They just dump the coffee, milk or whatever you order and hand it to you. I once ordered a matcha that was so underprepared that matcha was still at the bottom and you could almost see the pure whiteness of the milk. When i asked how did they expect me to mix this given that they don’t have anything to stir with provided, they just took it, shook it for a second and gave it back and kept talking to each other. Literally made no difference. 3- Your food is never going to be hot. Dreaming a BEC on a croissant? yeah that cheese is gonna be fresh out of the fridge, croissant is gonna be white and untoasted. Oh you wanted to make sure your food is warm so you ask for “toasted”? Yeah here you go, a burnt croissant for you. this applies to hash browns too. I have just started going to DD because of the iced apple cider. Unfortunately, this DD has a terrible speaker, which you can't hear the people talking. The traffic doesn't help the low volume either. Today I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes without someone even telling me they would be right with me. I said hello 4 times before I got a response. I saw they had pumpkin cream cheese so I decided to give that a try even though I have had their bagels before and wasn't a fan. I drove up to the window where I paid and received a medium drink instead of the large I ordered. I informed them and they went to fix it. Than a lady came up to me and said they don't have pumpkin.. umm.. what?? It was to late to get a refund because I was going to be late for work so I settled with strawberry.
