My family was completely faithful to Franco‘s but after the last four incidents today being five I can assure you that we will no longer be customers I’m not even mad I’m just simply disappointed.
Time #1 when the pizza guy delivered it, it was flipped completely in half I tried to catch the driver but it was too late, I called and they offered me a $10 coupon on my next pizza I was more curious as to how I was going to feed all these people and what a $10 coupon was going to do for me but that was the only option we were given or to bring the pizza back and pick another one up. “Yeah ok”
Time #2 when I called in a month later to use that $10 coupon I was argued with that there were no notes in my account and they couldn’t honor it because they weren’t sure who offered me this coupon so once again a house full of guests So I’m still ordering from this establishment after being frustrated and spending $90 on pizza and wings
Time #3 despite my better judgment my husband asked me to just give them one more try because he does like their food so I did. This time has to be the absolute WORST I had a bunch of kids at my house I call Francos on Niagara Falls Blvd. at 8:01 PM ...at 9:21 I call back and ask them how long is it going to be the children are restless at this point & tired, now they tell me they have no record of my order they continuously ask me if I’m sure I ordered from this location I told them if they would like I would screenshot my call log and email it!!!! Instead of putting my order in they said that wouldn’t be necessary they apologized I spoke to, two managers a girl and a boy at 9:25 they told me they would rush the pizza I would get it in 25 minutes.... needless to say it didn’t get to my door until 10:40 PM I called two additional times within that hour and 20 minutes in which both times I was told the driver was out on delivery those calls were 20 minutes apart the driver didn’t get to my house until 20 minutes after my last call so there was no rush put on the pizza no sense of urgency in fact it’s took an additional 10 min more than the average delivery time that they expressed to you when you place an order. “Ridiculous”
I was very nice when I called back because all the kids were asleep by the time the Pizza reached my door so I finally spoke to a third manager I believe his name was Joe I could be wrong he did say he was a new manager that was just transferred to this location he was the only one that made sense of things he was nice not only did he apologize but he offered to have a free pizza placed on my account I did expressed to him that last time somebody offered a coupon they couldn’t find it in the notes he assured me that it would be there
Time #4 Today is my last straw with Franco‘s pizza I call in to utilize the free pizza and I’m not going to name, names because I’m not in the market for people to lose their jobs or be reprimanded but just to bring some light to how this business is being handled at this location “The employee who answers the phone tells me she does see the free pizza and then tells me a total cost saying that I have to pay the taxes on the pizza and the delivery fees now when I spoke with the latest manager he assured me I wouldn’t have to pay anything because it took almost 3 hours to get my pizza delivered to me the previous time now I’m being told that I do have to pay.” _“Just Done I DON’T EVEN WANT THE FREE PIZZA”
With more than 10,000 local social media followers it SUCKS that we’ll be sharing our social food events with another Pizza Vendor _ I tried to give them More chances than I had patients for because I know all businesses have bad days or careless employees but 5 times in a...
Read moreIf i could give zero stars i would! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered 2- 6" Subs at 1:49 pm, one which was made wrong( I asked for the bread to be toasted and it wasn't). The first order came within 30 mins, about 2:20 pm. OK great! I call back at 2:56 pm, because i was caught up with work and didn't have time to sit down and eat, to ask for the second sandwich to be made as ordered and re-delivered. After 1 hour still no sandwich. I call back at 3:56 and the morning manager says it was remade and was on the way. I call back again at 4:26 and the Night manager says he just came in and that the previous delivery person never sent it out. He offers me store credit or a fresh sandwich because the other sandwich had been sitting for over an hour. I asked for a fresh sandwich. Within 20 more minutes a delivery girl comes. I was in my car smoking a cigarette and stopped her before she went into my office building. I go to eat my sandwich and the entire sandwich is hot and melted. I mean the tomatoes are hot the lettuce is wilted. I call back now for the 4th time at 4:57 and ask the manager if I can come after work with both sandwichs and finally get my order right. I order food here all the time. I told him I have never had a cold sub that was entirely warm simply because the bread was toasted. The manager has the nerve to tell me that toasting the bread made the entire sandwich melted. NO!!! What they did was take the old sandwich that was "never delivered" and threw it in the oven and sent it out as fast as possible thinking I would not be able to tell that it was not fresh as requested! What I am most upset about is that he very condescendingly tried to tell me that i didn't know what i was looking at and tasting after THEY made me wait 3 hours for a 6" sub. I also have a recording of our conversation to prove I was promised a fresh sub. I will NEVERRRRRRR give them any of my business again at...
Read moreLocated in a small strip mall of stores, there's plenty of parking. There's a few tables, 3-4, so you can eat in, but I observed that it was a mostly take out business. In fact, the first thing the disinterested employee at the register asked was if it was take out. I said no, this is my first time here so I'm not familiar with anything. Instead of suggesting I look at the menu or assist me in some kind of way, he just stood there looking annoyed. My husband finally asked for a slice and normally, after experiencing such poor customer service, I would have walked out, but I ordered a regular cheese slice. My husband wanted sausage, so we were told that it would take 15 minutes to make, so we waited at a table. Other employees weren't as bad when he walked away from the front counter. Anyway, I was surprised when I opened the box because the pizza is square. It's thick and saucy with very little cheese or flavor. It wasn't exactly a Sicilian slice (New York city people will know what I'm taking about) but it might as well have been. So, because of 'Mr Personality' at the register, I couldn't tell you what else was on the menu. But while waiting, I saw that the take out business was brisk. I saw packages other than the pizza boxes. There must be something good there, but I wouldn't know because I didn't get a chance to look at the menu. I threw most of my regular slice away. My husband ate his, only because we were both starving. The sausage was in little pieces, which I prefer, instead of slices. They need to give the employee some customer service training and have some menus available - nothing was posted except a small sign with their few 'specials'. Only one menu on the counter that he didn't give me time to look at because he was already asking the customer behind me what he wanted. What do they sell besides pizza, ...
