Took 30 minutes to literally get one sandwich today. I tried ordering with my mobile app and giving them the Code if the speaker like the app says and they told me to wait till I got to the window. I get to the first window and she tells me my code is not valid. I explained to her that it was because I had been sitting at the drive-thru 15 minutes now already. I explain to her my credit card had already been charged. She took a few minutes doing something with the cash register and then tried asking me for money again for my order. I explained to her again I had already paid for this. I get to the next window and they try handing me someone else's food. I explained to her that was not my food and she tried asking me if I could pull over to the side and they would bring it out. I told her I didn't really want to do that since it had already been over 20 minutes I had been waiting and that I could have just pulled to one of those slots to begin with. She didn't say anything so I was forced to pull over to the side. After 30 minutes I finally received my one chicken sandwich I ordered. I tried telling the woman that I know it wasn't her fault and showing her on my phone that I had a screenshot when I first place the order and how it had been half an hour and she just walked away while I was talking. Absolutely unacceptable to wait that long for one sandwich. I could have gone to the grocery store and purchased everything to make the sandwich gone home cooked it and finished eating it in the amount of time I was waiting at the drive-thru. This is not my first experience like that at this McDonalds. Another time it took 27 minutes to get one breakfast sandwich. I will never eat at...

As a previous McDonald's employee, I cannot fathom how the orders could get so backed up on a consistent basis. I worked out of a higher volume McDonald's right in Albany and our grill team was two people, one of which was me, and we were always able to keep up with order demand.
On top of that, this McDonald's will get your order wrong. It prints out on a grill slip and tells you on the monitor what the order is, how do you mess it up? Simply by not taking the time to pay attention. I come here for service and don't feel like I'm being serviced correctly.
There was another occasion where I ordered chicken nuggets and they weren't even fully cooked. Talk about disgusting. On another visit, I had asked to sub white cheddar cheese on my double cheeseburger, after which, right from the intercom, I heard from a male a, "Are you f#%$ing serious?!" while in the drive thru and putting my order in. I asked politely if that was not okay, and the lady who was taking my order said "No, it's fine." At which point I had decided to cancel my order and drive off, as my mouth was still agape in awe at what I had heard.
Additionally, if you go inside the location and look around, you'll see that they do not clean their windows or doors, but there is filth scattered about their floors. Overall an unkempt establishment where they don't really care about their outward appearances or service of customers. It's a terrible experience 100% of the time...
Read moreNot once have either place I've gone to ever made my sandwich correct and I order the same exact one every single day because that's all I eat whether it be at lunch or dinner time. Also any time I go to Endicott after 9 PM I am told that I can never get a mcfrappe nor a milkshake because they say that the machines are always down when I know that the machine is not always down cause I've asked day management about this. This is always in Endicott New York. I do have issues with my meal at both the Endicott and Apalachin NY locations. I've had several more disappointments since and at other various locations. I am no longer a fan of McDonald's especially after the last time I went to the one in Johnson City New York on Main Street about a week ago. That was the biggest mistake ever basically taking the last amount of money my friends and I had when we did not get anything that we had asked for and realized it by the time we got home and then went back to have the same thing happen AGAIN. We got home and I called to complain and the red headed manager hung up on me not listening to a word I had to say avoiding giving his name and not wanting to return my money as well as correcting the order after being in drive-through more than twice that morning. My friends and I were disappointed and disgusted with how we were treated plus we were all limited with our funds that day so basically we agreed we felt robbed that day and our time plus gas had been wasted. Huge no no to be treated this way. That was...
