Today, at 11:30 we stopped after my 2 daughterâs practice and spent over $20. We were cashed out by a young brunette, âAshleyâ on my receipt, rude and mean. I donât understand how you could pay someone like that $16 per hr and she treats customers like she hates them, she was probably the rudest person Iâve ever had interact with us, it was not busy. I asked for cream and sweet n low so I could add it to my coffee, she didnât ask me what I wanted in it when I ordered it, and thatâs fine, but donât get huffy snd roll your eyes when I ask for cream and sugar! HowâŚHOW could you let someone like this serve people? We were the only ones in there, itâs not like she was busy. I ordered a dark roast and it was cold, so I said, this is cold, so Iâll just have regular coffee if itâs hot. She rolled her eyes at me again, first time was when I asked for the receipt. Then she put several things in one small little bag, my daughter grabbed it, so I thought I was still waiting on my breakfast sandwich. She gave me an evil eye and said, ,âdo you need anything elseâ, uh. NoâŚit wouldâve been nice if she kindly said she smashed a donut, bagel w cream cheese snd breakfast sandwich in that tiny bag, but she just put it on the gate, she obviously hates people and should either be trained on how to treat customers, or find a job digging ditches or something where she doesnât ruin peopleâs day with her attitude and...

But the fact this has happened every single time Iâve gone to this location, it needs to be said. This franchise needs some assistance with either hiring more staff, or changing their priorities in service. They should cut off mobile orders in the mornings because that seems to be their sole focus. The drive through takes at LEAST 15 minutes on a good day. Then going inside to the normal line? Forget about it. Youâre going to wait for at least another 10 minutes until someone even acknowledges you in line. All that waiting just for 5 munchkins. 5 munchkins. Unfortunately this location is losing yet another customer....

I heard said manager say she was going to write employees up, she also stated whoever created on the go should die. I politely asked an employee to see if she had my ticket as I had been waiting for 10 mins, and people in line who had ordered after me got their food.. her response âif sheâs asking about food I have all these ticketsâ didnât even let the poor girl speak to her.
