Whoever was supposed to open on Wednesday the 9th at 12 was running almost an hour late, my friend and I checked the hours which said they were open so we opened the door to our surprise the alarm went off and suddenly here is the employee that was supposed to open 45mins ago, with not only a sour attitude, but told us "to check the open sign next time" which we did but couldnt tell if it was on because of how bright it was. The parking was easy. The intersection wasn't too bad to maneuver. It's spacious and clean inside. I ordered the bubble tea without sugar and it was honored and tasty. I enjoyed the waffle, too. The restroom was clean and spacious as well. The person who worked there was very nice and professional. The overall experience was good. Absolutely not. We went there a few times this past year, and I always got tapioca, and my partner always got lemon tea or similar things. My tapioca was ALWAYS hard or uncooked, and my partner’s lemon tea was always overly sweet. One time he vomited at home after drinking his lemon tea due to the high sugar and acidic content.
