Nirchi's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Vestal

This was my first time there, and I will never go back. I'm from another state and was told this was really good pizza. I asked the girl if I could buy a whole pizza she said no I can't sell you a whole pizza. So I placed an order for a sheet pizza. I was told 15 mins. I went through the line again for a few pieces of specialty pizza, and when I asked what some of them were the same girl seemed very annoyed that I was asking. I paid and was waiting on them and when she brought them to the counter she tossed them onto it. I thought that was extremely rude. I waited 20 mins and asked if the sheet pizza was ready and another girl said it comes out when it's ready. I replied ok he said 15 mins I was just checking. She replied it comes out when it comes out. I waited another 15 mins and asked again. This time they couldn't find the ticket and asked me if I had a receipt. Which I did. She told me they had put it on the bar and it would be another 6 mins. At this point I was so mad I said I wanted my money back and that I wasn't waiting. I should of just left when the girl was rude the first time. I tried to call to speak to the manager and after 3 calls of nobody answering the phone I gave up. I have never left a bad review for anywhere so that says how bad the service was from more...

My son attends BU and we ate here after a long day of Parent weekend activities. When we walked in my first thought was that this looked like a nice atmosphere with enough space and well decorated. Thats where the positive experience ended. The menu is very large and has a lot of choices. Never being there before we wanted to take our time looking at the menu. The woman behind the counter was extremely pushy about us ordering as she kept saying, "anything else, anything else" in a very hurried tone. I finally told her that we wanted to look at the menu and there were 5 of us ordering. Other things happened like being charged for a 2 slice meal when we ordered one slice, my wifes 6 piece mozzarella sticks was missing 2 pieces, etc. But beware when buying slices as the price is cheese only, if you order a pepperoni slice, which is already made, the topping is extra. So if anyone is ever in Canandaigua, NY go to Perri's for a real slice of pizza - large and inexpensive plus the topping is included. Nirchis slices are way too small for the price. Will never ever go...

This is a two part review...restaurant dining and delivery. The restaurant dining is excellent. Their pizza is very good if you like regular crust pizza and not thin New York style. Their sauce is a little sweet and delicious. They have a lot of specialty pizza to choose from...taco, Hawaiian, ranch chicken & bacon, meat lovers, BLT etc. I've not had any of their other food yet but I'd like to try their salads & spiedies.

Their delivery is not very good. It usually takes them an hour to deliver to my house also in Vestal and two out of the three times the pizza was barely warm. One time it was completely cold along with our garlic knots and my husband called them and they tried to brush him off so he asked for a manager. After a bit of back & forth, they finally put us down for a free pizza on our next delivery. They need to invest in thermal delivery bags for their deliveries!!! Hot pizza makes...
