Update: i have seen slight improvement w dirtiness of tgis locaion. There has been an employee re-stocking more often and sweeping the floor. Rugs still nasty though and service is still quite slow.
This DD had a renovation but still needs some experienced supervision. The young workers are doing the best they can with beginner experience, but overflowing garbage in and out on a regular basis, wrappers and napkins on floor, too loud music, straws and such more often empty than filled, too long wait times for in-store & online order-ahead purchases, all indicate they need a supervisor to help guide and oversee what should be priorities to maintain an efficient, clean and inviting store.    Read moreThe overall worst dunkin’ in orange county service is poor and for a chain restaurant where everything is premade the food still comes out bad, service is slow and sloppy and the atmosphere is unprofessional the last time i was there the employees were loudly insulting another employee behind there back while there were multiple customers in the store. The drinks all come out very bad the coffee taste like it was made with dirty water and the refreshers are either too watered down or they have so much added flavor to the point it is almost un consumable. The managers clearly don’t train their staff and pay little attention to how the store is run if you are considering this as a first job i advise against it since it seems like a terrible experience.    Read moreWe ordered 3 dozen donuts as desert for a relatives 100th birthday celebration. The order was placed, as instructed, a day before the party for pickup the next day. We had specific types of donuts we requested. When we went to pickup the order, we were given about half the donuts we ordered and were told we'd need to select the rest from what was left of the daily supply because they had sold the other donuts we ordered! We specifically placed the order to ensure we had certain donuts and yet, they were not put aside for us. The flavor of donuts were had to take were not our first choice. Why does this Dunkin insist on pre-ordering if they are not going to meet the request? We are not blaming the servers who work there.
