Stopped here on Memorial Day when I happened to be in the area. Nice and clean restaurant with friendly staff and a nicely done menu. Interesting decor with every wall covered with pictures of dogs, literally everywhere…I guess someone likes dogs. Unfortunately, the food really fell short from our expectations. Ordered a tomato and mozz salad and the tomatoes tasted like cardboard and the mozz tasted rubbery and basil was browning. Ordered Brussels sprouts that we actually couldn’t eat and sent back to the kitchen (that’s how bad they were) and the server didn’t seem surprised in the least bit we were sending them back and took them off our bill. I got their crispy chicken sandwich with extra crispy bacon (I added it on) and cheddar cheese. I asked for no Mayo and no pickles. It came out with a little Mayo which I just scraped off the bun. Thankfully no pickles were given. The sandwich was very greasy like the fryer had been off before tossing it in, definitely wasn’t a crispy chicken sandwich as described. The roll was described by the server as a brioche roll but had not looked or tasted like brioche (wasn’t yellowish and was stale to boot). Bacon was not crisp as I had asked for. We ended up skipping having a drink and got our check and left. Our server was extremely pleasant and the hostess greeted us with a smile and had the same smile on her face when we left and she wished us a happy holiday. Overall if I had to go back id go for the service and not the food or decor (but it is called Fetch so the decor...
Read moreGreat food and fantastic staff… And all this during Covid! We are in town just checking out the sites and stumbled across this place. We sat at the bar and had an amazing server/bartender (Tom). He was friendly, engaging knowledgeable about the menu, and accommodating with our drink orders(Side-note if they still have the pumpkin beer with the cinnamon rim… Get it… And as a side shot of vanilla vodka to it). All right so you know we’re drinking and have a good time… But what about the food! I’m a Philly guy, I’ve had cheesesteaks from all the best places… And Fetch’s was as good as any I’ve had. Of course, I knew they took the cheesesteak serious when the menu was clear that it was on an Amoroso roll. The meat was Both of high-quality and cooked perfectly. In short, it was was flavorful and tender… Fantastic. My Girlfriend is a vegetarian so she did not have any of the cheesesteak but she enjoyed some of my fries (which kind of guitar me because they were so damn good) and had a wonderful salad and butternut squash soup that was flavorful hot… And completely gone by the time we left. If you’re in town stop in get some great food with some great people (and leave them a great tip... we need more small businesses...
Read moreMy review of Fetch sadly has nothing to do with their food. My family and I went there on a Saturday afternoon, a busy time, I get it, so we were okay with an estimated wait of 15-20 minutes after taking a quick look at the menu and seeing many options for our family (one being a vegetari45 minutes later we were seated only to find out that at 3:00 (we were seated at 3:02) the menu changes. We are not local so we had no idea of this. The new menu had none of the options we were planning to get. Our waitress was very nice and asked how we were to which I said not so good. I explained what happened and she said nothing could be done, the kitchen (just 2 minutes after 3) was no longer doing any of those items. Nothing could be done. I said then we are going to leave to which the reply was I’m sorry. Sadly I will never taste your food as this experience has left a bad impression. If you have people waiting and your menu is going to change either tell them or honor the menu you had in place when they started waiting...oh and you may want to do better at your...
