Taco Hombre — Restaurant in Town of Warwick

So i really love yalls burritos and i understand service workers are mostly underpaid teenagers and genuinely get a lot of disrespect from customers. I get it, im a service worker myself. U guys have great food and good customer service. however, the other day i got a fairly young boy making my burrito and i did not have the heart to tell him he put pico on my burrito when i asked for tomatoes. i paused for a while and you probably thought i was just nervous or something, but i was physically unable to tell you that you had messed up. im not gonna be a karen and ask u to make me a whole new burrito when theres people on line behind me, right? the problem was that i absolutely hate pico, with a passion. it makes me want to vomit and throw up, i just think its nasty. the mistake resulted in me not being able to eat my burrito and sobbing in my car for my ride home. maybe a bit of an overreaction but consider this, i am a socially anxious teenager with a mood disorder and i just had probably the worst day in a long time. we all have bad days, and at the end of a bad day the one thing you want is a delicious burrito from a good burrito joint. im not mad at yall and i dont want this to bring down yalls rep. just please, teach your young staff the difference between pico and regular tomatoes. that is all,...

I made an order online, around 7:15 pm when I picked up my order it was completely wrong. I ordered three burrito bowls and three tacos I also ordered sides of chips and salsa and rice and beans and orders of churros. With My three burrito bowl I received two actual burrito bowls they were both missing things selected. The third bowl came as an actual burrito and the things that were selected were not put inside of it anyway. I also ordered sides of rice and beans that cost additional money and didn’t receive the side orders. I ordered a three taco order and I received the wrong meat and filling it was completely wrong as well. One of my orders was supposed to come with chips and salsa and I didn’t even receive the salsa. When I went to pick up my order I noticed the churros were missing and mentioned it they directed me to come back tomorrow which I said I couldn’t do they would give me a partial refund since they didn’t have any. Unfortunately I can no longer support this business. I have been ordering from here almost weekly (due to close proximity to my workplace). EVERY single time I've ordered there was a major mess up, whether its a "chicken burrito" made WITHOUT chicken or a "Veggie Quesadilla" WITHOUT VEGGIES (just cheese). When speaking to management, not only were they unprofessional by speaking to me in a condescending manner, they were saying it was my fault. They hardly even let me speak to express my concerns.
