Used to love going to this location, but recently it seems something has changed with their service. Staff treats being at work as social hour with their friends and pay little mind to customer service. I've watched staff socializing with friends just hanging out across the counter while maybe only one or two employees actually deal with the (usually incredibly long) line of customers. It's pretty much common place for at least one part of my order to be messed up, most recently being when I ordered a toasted WHEAT bagel with pumpkin cream cheese. What I found I had gotten after I had driven away? An EVERYTHING bagel with pumpkin cream cheese (who would even order that combination?) Should have known that something would be messed up seeing that literally every time I tried to order something at the drive thru I was met with a "what was that?" I notified door dash and he said they handled me the bag and I delivered it. In spite of the fact that it was clearly not his fault he gave me a refund which was door dash and the deliver going above and beyond. I tried several times to try to reach Dunkin and called an operator at my expense but in spite of how long I let the phone ring they did not answer any of the times I called.
