Mark's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Webster

The pizza is not cheap but it's good. but I do think mark pizza has gone downhill since they started using the conveyor belt ovens in the end. the old pizza ovens are the best. you just can't get the cruSt on the bottom of a pizza right no matter how long you cook it and conveyor belt ovens. I think they really skimp on ingredients like mushrooms. several times I've ordered double mushrooms and it's been less than when I ordered a regular portion of mushrooms. now that is just plain ripping people off and a dollar 75 per ad on angry and I'm a large pizza. all call you have a coupon the ingredients will get even get even more skimpy. portion control is always on their favor especially cheese. but in the end the pizza has the best flavor of all of them in webster. pontillos absolutely sucks yuck. red mark doesn't have any actual pizza restaurant where you can go in and sit down at a table I have your pizza. there is a pizza place in Hilton that's great like that and they have a place on merchanta in rochester. the name is tony's pizza it's good not as good as mark but at least they have a place for you can sit down and enjoy the pizza. also the parking at marks in webster on main street...

I ordered 50 wings online in the early afternoon for our New Years eve party. I requested a 6:30 delivery time. I received an email at 6:50 that the order went out for delivery. When it was 7:15 and still no delivery, I called the store. I was placed on hold for 4 minutes, before they even knew why i was calling. When the person finally came back to the phone, i asked where my order was and was told it left at 6:50. I asked how a 6:30 delivery could be made by leaving at 6:50? i was told oh well we got really busy. i asked if that was really my problem, since i ordered in plenty of time. I asked for the manager and he came to the phone and said the delivery drivers were taking triple orders and they were got very busy. Again he said oh well we cant help it and there is nothing we can do about it. The order finally arrived around 7:30 and all the wings were cold and hard. They were disgusting. I would definitely not recommend this store, since they don't know how to treat their customers. Now i understand why 12 Marks stores are closing, and it wouldn't surprise me if this store was lucky number 13. My next orders will be...

Now don't get me wrong I love marks pizza but 2 weeks ago I ordered from this location and the service was terrible. I ordered just a thing of wings at 1130 am and it took them over an hour to deliver it, when I called to see where my lunch for work was the guy on the phone I believe his name was tony had said he apologizes a lot of staff called in and it was on its way. Naturally I'm like "okay poor staffing I get it" however over an hour for 10 wings and nothing else? It was when it was actually delivered that made me livid! When the delivery guy actually showed up he threw my receipt and a pen down then had rudely asked me if my phone number was right ( I had changed it) then got super mad when I didn't tip the guy that took over an hour to deliver my food to a place that is literally down the road less than a mile and he stormed out, when i got my food and was eating it the quality of what it could have been was ruined because it was super cold and not even appetizing. I honestly don't think I'll ever order from this...
