Bartender was very rude. We each had 1 drink. My boyfriend and I are in our 40s and just wanted to stop and have a couple drinks to celebrate our anniversary. While we sipped our drinks, we watched the Bartender take several shots with customers. We ordered a 2nd round and she said no, you've had enough! What?! We had absolutely no signs of intoxication whatsoever, as we we clearly didn't have a buzz. She was slurring and stumbling around embarrassing herself! My favorite place to hang out! Charlene,the owner, has made this bar a place to meet new friends and keep up with old friends. It is always incredibly clean and quaint. Lovely interior with soft candle light and fireplace. The outdoor patio is a great alternative. Jimmy is a fun bartender who really cares about his patrons. It was nice enough, staff were friendly. Music was waayyyyy too loud. (FYI I played in Black Metal bands, so too loud for me is really, really, loud.) I had to shout to talk to the person next to me.
