Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Whitestown

This place is beyond horrible! Stay away! The only reason why I come here is because my fiancé likes Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. This place is empty at night, the workers are out behind the building smoking pot , nobody at the drive-through and you still have to wait almost 5 minutes for a cup of coffee . So I gave this dump , a second chance and went there today I Ordered a hashbrowns , a XL Hot coffee for me and a small raspberry green tea refresher for my daughter. The bimbo gave me the coffee , hashbrowns, and a small green tea with what she said was a shot of raspberry. I said that is not a raspberry green tea refresher. It is supposed to be red, and she said yes it is . I then said no it most certainly is not. She closed the drive-through window. She spoke to a coworker opened it back up and said yes it is , with a big smile on her face . Because I have class, I took the drink and disposed of it when I got home instead of throwing it at her face. Maybe if the employees paid attention to their jobs and listen to what the customer said instead of standing there on their cell phones, they might have gotten my order correct . You can clearly see the difference in what the drink is supposed to look like and what it isn’t supposed to look like . STAY AWAY FROM...

This location is terrible. I have gone here multiple times and they always get the order wrong, Almost everytime I order a sandwich with sausage, they make it with bacon or no meat at all. Today, I went through the drive through and let them know I ordered on the app. As I was waiting at the window for the rest of my order (3 donuts), the drive through worker opened the window and said "what do you want" in an incredibly rude tone. I told her, "the rest of my order -- it's missing the 3 donuts I ordered." She asked me which donuts (can you not see what people ordered on your screen?) and then said, dismissively, "yeah,we don't have those." She didn't offer any alternatives so I was left to guess what they might have available. Then, when I got home, I opened the bag that had the breakfast wrap sandwiches inside -- and the photo shows what they looked like. They appeared as if someone put the ingredients into the bag and then smashed it? I don't know what is going on at this location, but corporate really ought to look into it. Years ago this was my go-to dunkin but the people working the drive thru are rude little snotrags these days so not anymore 👍

For reference, whenever I pull up to the window I ask "Hello how are you?" And whenever I ask I'm flat out ignored.

I thank them once I receive my change; still ignored.

If I order food, I thank them once I receive it. Ignored again.

They hand me my coffee, I thank them and tell them to have a nice day.

Guess what? Ignored.

Customer service is the BARE MINIMUM of their job and they're given a litany of chances to speak up (seriously...just a "You're welcome" would suffice) and just ACKNOWLEDGE someone but obviously as paying customers that make them have to work (🎻😭) we are so far...
