Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Town of Woodbury

Chipotle has always been my favorite when it comes to quick, healthy food. Beans, rice, lettuce, salsa, onions — what’s not to like? It’s my go-to spot when I want something fresh and filling without much wait.

But my experience at the Chipotle outlet in the Woodbury Premium Outlets food court was a total disaster.

First off, by 5:24 PM, they were already out of white rice, black beans, and salsa — the core ingredients that literally define a Chipotle bowl! What’s worse, there was no notice or signage at the start of the line. I waited nearly 30 minutes only to find out at the counter that most of the things I like in my bowl, weren’t even available.

On top of that, the chicken portion was noticeably smaller than what I’ve consistently received at other locations. When I politely pointed it out, the staff added just a tiny spoon more and slapped an "Extra Chicken" tag on my bowl — I had to ask them to remove it because even with that, it was still nowhere near the standard serving.

To make matters worse, the rice wasn’t even cooked properly — hard and underdone. The bowl was so disappointing that I ended up throwing half of it away (I even have a video of it).

Overall, this was a complete waste of time, money, and appetite. Makes me seriously reconsider visiting any Chipotle inside a food court. This experience was the opposite of what Chipotle...

Went here for the 1st time in while (Yesterday 4/18/23) to use a gift card that my mom had. Chipotle is located in Marketplace hall, which is essentially the malls food court. It was about 6:00PM/6:30PM. They were out of some ingredients, and was told that they wouldn't replenish them because they close at 7. Not complaining, because kudos to them that they told us, but some can really want something. anyways, the line was short when we got there. I ordered the burrito bowl with The plant based meat(SOFRITAS) , corn salsa, black beans, and brown rice. My mom ordered the burrito bowl with beef, black beans, brown rice, the tomato salsa, and some sour cream. Next we had another order for my dad which was a Burrito with Chicken Alpastor, white rice, sour cream, and the tomato salsa. Order was accurate, and paid with a gift card, and put the remaining balance on the credit card. good service, although they seemed to almost forget the buritto had i not said something. Anyways, we ate these when we got home, and i enjoyed mine! My mom also enjoyed hers, and my dad said it was eh and the typical fast food complaint of there's not enough meat or rice on there. oh well, pretty good for my mom and i though! may be...

for starters the workers were so rude had an attitude the entire time serving, barely had anything restocked an ready for people and were very annoyed at the fact people wanted to wait 5 minutes for the brown rice to be done. Told us they were out of guac we understood because we saw the guy mashing an entire new bowl of it but my friend ordered chips and guac online and they had it but it was old guac and not good anymore. AND to put the cherry on top of the cake i got food poisoning and was up all night throwing up along with various other symptoms. literally CHOKING on throw up an i almost had to be rushed to the hospital because of how bad my stomach hurt an how much i was throwing up. I am still sick but luckily stopped throwing up this morning. DO NOT go to this chipotle, i go to chipotle very very frequently it is my absolute favorite an this experience has completely destroyed that for me i DO NOT recommend coming here.
