I suggested the offer a discount at the days closing, or a two-for-one deal. However, she said they were worried that no one would but things at full price if they knew there was a deal at the end of the day. It is absolutely criminal for food establishments to throw away food. In fact I have to use every last ounce of my self-control to keep myself from jumping back in the car and driving 15 minutes to town to get another one!
