Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Yorktown

So frequently do I order food from this Dunkin Donuts off their app and so frequently do they let me down once I get in there. I order just a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese and maybe 1 time out of 10 I will actually recieve a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese. 90% of the time I get an apologetic look and and offer for something else, which is kind of them to offer but after the first 5 times of this happening I’d prefer a simple phone call telling me they do not have what I ordered instead of me paying for my order and then trying to choose something else that is close enough to my order in both taste and cost. If I was ordering something complex I’d understand but a plain bagel with cream cheese is about as basic as it gets and I have to say this dunkin has let me down on...

I’ve been coming here for years , and it has easily become the WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been to . Everytime I order , I order a bagel toasted DARK with cream cheese . My bagel is always almost never toasted . Feels like they didn’t toast it at all . And there’s only cream cheese right in the middle the rest of the bagel is always dry and chewy it’s disgusting . But then they burn the hash browns EVERY TIME . I’m usually by mount kisco and would rather just continue ordering from here . Because I throw my food away every single time I order here . Like your everyday dunkin. Nothing special. Store is usually clean. The staff has been polite and friendly. I only use the on the go ordering. Its correct most of the time but like another reviewer said if they dont have it they just omit it. They dont even tell you they do. You have to bring it up to them. Other locations I've used do tell you and try to find an equivalent replacement. Will continue to go here...
