Yorktown Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Town of Yorktown

Ordered a pizza and garlic knots for delivery. The delivery boy knocked on the door and handed me a pizza. I said "hold on there's supposed to be garlic knots" and he said "let me check" then just got in his car and drove away without saying anything. Had to call and ask to have my knots delivered.

Then when they sent him back with the knots the guy lied to my face and told me that he told me before he left he called his boss and said he'd be back. When I called him out on it he then had the audacity to say "I told you I'm sorry about the order" and I said the messup isn't the issue, its that you just left. He said...

I am giving this review based on today’s service. I placed an order using the slice app and the delivery person dropped off the food to whoever he saw at the door. You don’t hand in the food to whoever you see at the door. You don’t trash my food that I paid for just because you think its okay to drop off the food like that. You should ask for the person’s name who made the order. Very disappointed and you should train your employees for the services they provide to costumers. No I wouldn’t recommend this...

I enjoy this place but wish it were more consistent. I've had pizza from here that was absolutely terrific, and then I've had pies that were doughy and barely edible. But, for the most part, it's pretty good. The other food is mediocre at best. I've tried a few different items in different sauces and I can't say anything ever really stood out. The prices are more affordable than some other places in town which is a plus. I can't speak to the service in the restaurant, but the counter help has always...
