Went to get a 90 minute massage with Renee and it was the best massage I've had in the longest time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

‐-----‐ UPDATE: After getting a membership I requested a hot stone massage several times with the receptionists. Each time I arrived i didn't get what I wanted. Got several excuses talking about how a note needed to be on file with attitude of they could care less. Like I put the notes on there?! At times I wouldn't come in and I would have available credits. They started adding up so I decided to freeze my account. No body went over the guidelines when requesting this and just emailed the form... I decided to call in to use my credits not knowing I couldn't use them. I had a nice hot stone massage (finally) to be told the price was $210. While complaining the receptionist had no empathy and decided to tell me I could cancel my membership when I still have credits on file. I tried to explain thats not the reason why I was irritated. I was irritated that the receptionist don't have any customer service skills to first off schedule an appointment correctly several times until my membership was frozen, have attitude with me when I come to relax, and say I could cancel my membership like I'm not a valued member. Afterwards the girl with the bleached blonde short pixie cut wearing glasses says would you like to schedule your next appointment? Like I want to schedule an appointment with her being the receptionist. First off she was eating in the lobby when I arrived and after my 90 minute massage she had her leftover food on the lobby counter. Then gives me attitude while voicing my frustrations, had zero empathy, and told me I could cancel my membership. I hope to see that management retrains their receptionist. I'm supposed to go there to relax not feel belittled while they're not being professional. I had no problem paying the $210 but its the fact that the receptionist kept messing up and had an attitude with no consideration to what happened and asked me to cancel... WHO...

I live in Arizona but I am in California to visit family, I decided to book a massage at the Tracy location with Marco, let me tell ya, best decision I ever made! He probably thought I was weird because after the massage I told him he had hands of a God! But it’s the honest truth! I have had many massages in my life but that was definitely ranked #1 best massage I ever had! I honestly don’t even know what words to describe it, I was just left speechless and ache free. I felt like I was floating on a cloud as I walked out. I might as well fly out once a month to receive a massage from Marco! & also I do want to mention the girls at the front desk were so kind! I wish I got their names! I hope they didn’t think I was a B word, that wasn’t my intention at all. I was confused because at the location in Arizona I go to it is only $80 a month. The lady who signed me up for my membership said I can go to any location at that price. So I was just unfortunately misinformed and was wanting clarification why I would have to pay more at the Tracy location. The girls at the front desk were so patient and gracious! Thank you for helping...
