The reason why im giving this a 2 star is because I had bought a 20$ steam gift card and it did not work they did not give me my receipt so i went back and asked can you help me activate my card I've had this problem many times with many stores they just swiped it again and it worked like new. But not these guys they told me it automatically activates, I understand that but if it doesn't work then something went wrong and they told it was their policy for no refunds or returns, I wasn't asking for either one of those I was just simply asking if they could activate it I emailed steam support and they even told me it wasn't activated and to go back to the store and get activated so I did i rode my bike about a mile to get there and a mile to get back, I was really disappointed In this store today Because usually they make sure all of their cards work because its sorta Not fair for the customer its sorta like I paid for nothing. But I wasn't expecting to get nothing i was expecting to get my 20 Dollar Steam credit So all I'm saying is its a good store but just don't buy any Virtual Cards from there and the employees, some of them are nice some of them aren't, like the Guy I talked too today i was trying to get it resolved over the phone so I didn't have to ride all the way there and back again but the 2 time I called to try and tell them that steam (the company that makes the cards) Was telling me it wasn't activated And to go back to the store and get it activated and they hung up on me mid sentence. So I called back and as soon as they heard my voice hangs up on me so I had to ride my bike down there and get it fixed and still never got it fixed. So I'm down 20$ but i wont be buying any virtual cards from there again and I advise nobody else buy it from here either because I hate to see people lose...

When I told her I was having trouble buying the psvita on line she said "well I don't know what to do for you"! Wasn't helpful at all! Then I asked to speak to a manager hoping she would be more helpful but she was worse!! Her name was Selena. Can we say very very low customer service skills.
