This is beyond the worst serivice I’ve ever experienced.THIS MCDONALDS IS RACIST!!!!!! I and another person tried ordering food through the drive thru, 1-21-19 at about 9:30ish PM, there were 4 white males that wouldn’t take our order because they said we were being “rude”. When really the person on the other side had a attitude himself. It then proceeded to get off the property or else the cops are being called! Nothing wrong was ever said besides the word “why?” We did not move because THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!!!! We kept asking can you take our order and they would not! Even asked how did this escalate to this because we did nothing wrong!!??They ended up calling the police but we left... Came back the next day to talk with the store manager she didn’t really seem to care much, but made sure she added that the “night shift” has been pretty rough but said she will talk to her employees. I felt it should’ve been handled differently but whatever I went on about my day. The other person came back the following day and wanted to make a report what had happened 2 days prior when they would not take our order, the lady at the register and everyone in the restaurant began to get very rude! Saying that he needed to leave and that they were calling the police, employees and customers in there were giving dirty looks and giving the fingers, remind you we were just trying to make a report, DIDN’T DO ANYTHING WRONG AND HAVEN’T DONE ANYTHING WRONG!!! THIS WHOLE SITUATION PERIOD IS JUST WRONG!!! The cops were called once again over something so petty! And the fact that me and this this person use to work here at THIS EXACT McDonald’s we weren’t aware this type of behavior was tolerated??!!! but nobody wants to take this situation seriously! Read moremy boyfriend and i went to mcdonald’s yesterday around 5pm so i could get something to eat, as we are pulling into the drive thru he notices his friend in front of him so he honks at him to say hi and made a funny comment to him out the window, he proceeded to pull forward, we hadn’t even gotten greeted yet on the screen. when kevin, i believe one of the managers proceeded to tell my boyfriend “you can reverse out of my drive thru.” my boyfriend thought it was a joke so he asked and kevin proceeded to threaten to show him a joke if he went inside.also cursing at my bf. my boyfriend did as he was told, but before leaving went inside to get the corporate number. he forgot the store number so after we left he called and was being told by a female manager that maybe by the way he was acting (my boyfriend was just frustrated and talking stern because he goes to this mcdonald’s frequently and has never been treated like this before) that maybe it was acceptable was kevin did. and that he was asking for “personal information” when he was not. we had a call from the owner kim, and she said she would take care of it, but we never heard anything back. and all we got told was a “i’m sorry” by her. personally, working in the food service industry, you should never hire or let someone work for you that curses or has a poor attitude with customers. i’ve seen posts and heard MULTIPLE things about this kevin guy having a very bad attitude towards customers. it is not okay. we have filed a complaint through corporate and we will see where that leads us. i would definitely look into who is working for you. because that is just...
Read moreThe gentleman taking my money was the rudest person I have ever encountered! I was waiting in the drive-through because I didn’t think he had completed my order information and he came back on the line and said, you’re going to have to come to the window and pay. It’s not like I’m going to come back to your car to get your money. At that point, I thought he was maybe joking. I explained I didn’t know if he had my order completed and was waiting for him to give me a total. He said the system doesn’t always work that way and eventually I was going to have to pay him at the window. I was so surprised I could hardly respond. I did tell him he was being rude, to which he replied, maybe you should pray on it, and slammed his window shut. I went to the pick up window and asked for a manager., I told her he had been extremely rude and condescending, and she said I don’t know what’s going on with him, but we’ve been very busy. I said there was no one in front of me or behind me and she said, we’ll we had been busy earlier in the day. I told her I no longer wanted the order, she gave me a refund, asked me if I wanted my food and I said I didn’t pay for it so I didn’t want the food. She said have a good day, turned around and walked away. This location is convenient for me but I’ll definitely go out of my way to avoid it!
