I have to say this is the only place I have ever eaten that has never provided me a bad meal and that’s over a couple of decades, It’s extremely consistent every time I order. Product/food quality is high as well. For example, Instead of mystery meat sesame chicken like just about every other place in town Ming’s use’s chunks of all white meat chicken for theirs and I have never found those nasty gristle pieces in it ever. The food is so hot when it leaves their store that it’s still able to burn your mouth after a 20 minute car ride home. The veggies they use are always excellent and fresh. It’s just great food at a very reasonable price considering where things are at with inflation. And hell they even deliver it to your car door. Pull up and they bring it out when it’s ready, as a lazy American I can appreciate this.
Look, a good chunk of people won’t take the time to post a good review because if everything goes your way you’re probably not even gonna think about the place you visited. But, if in your opinion it goes bad then people are more likely to vent about it. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, order some food and form your own opinion. You will never get 100% of the population to like any one thing on this planet. Everyone is different and has varying expectations and standards and most importantly tastes. We don’t all like the same food or flavors. If you’re on the fence order some food at least a couple of times. Try some different items and see what you think. I have been getting the general tso chicken and chicken fried rice the last few times and it’s been excellent every time. Overall though I have had a good portion of the menu over the years and it’s...
Read moreI’ve been getting food from Ming’s Garden for years. It’s always been pretty good, not fantastic, but not bad. Today I ordered using the website menu. When I got home, I was charged a different price. I called to advise them their advertised prices should be consistent with what they charge. I just wanted to let them know that doesn’t make the customer feel good. All I needed was an apology and an indication they would try to fix the inconsistency. I understand prices have to be raised. I did not call in anger. However, I was told that was my problem and I shouldn’t complain. To be fair, he did say that the website is not theirs, which is strange, since it uses their printed menu. Again, he could have been nice about it rather than blame me for the problem. Not how I want to be treated. I felt bad during and after the call. I don’t feel like supporting someone who makes me feel bad. He ended up sarcastically apologizing and told me not to eat their food if I didn’t like how I was...
Read moreOur son was in the hospital down here and we were sick of eating hospital food so we decided to treat ourselves and get some Chinese take out! What a mistake that was!! First of all, the food was not good. The chicken and the pork in the fried rice was so dry and the chicken in the lo mein was super rubbery. None of the dishes we ordered had ANY flavor. It was so disappointing... We threw $29 of food in the trash and went to bed hungry because we could not eat this food. THEN both of us woke up with terrible stomach aches... We've both been on the toilet since that night... Today is day 4 of being ill from eating at this place. I would strongly caution eating here. We barely even ate most of the food and yet it made us extremely...
