if I could give this business a sixth star out of five, I would do so. Adaptive stands head and shoulders above any of the big box stores or any of the other appliance sellers! The Owner Keith is a class act who really has a very strong #Service orientation. I had horrendous experience with Ferguson with a Miehle Appliance that was dead on arrival as a new purchases!! one of the service techs from Adaptive knew his stuff. But after Shaun worked on my new Meihle range for two solid hours and only at the end of that long time got it to actually work, I told him to stop and that we were going to return this brand new "temperamental primadonna"

One of the big problems with big box stores, and ferguson is right in there in this category as well. I bought a refurbished range at Adaptive Appliance which was half the price of new. The range was delivered promptly and it looked great. However, after testing the oven, it was taking a long time to light and the convection fan was not working. I called and spoke to the owner who stopped by my house on his way home in the evening. Keith replaced the igniter and tested the fan which he found to be bad. Keith let me know that he would order a new fan and send a technician out asap. He called within a few days and Noah, the technician, came out. Both Keith and Noah were professional and helpful. My LG range is awesome and I was really impressed by the excellent customer service to make things right which was all covered by their warranty. My wife and I purchased a washer and dryer set and couldn’t have been happier with the overall service and products for sale. The owner, Keith, is extremely knowledgeable with all things to do with appliances and very honest and upfront to deal with. We called 30 minutes before they closed and Kathy was extremely friendly and willing to work with our last minute purchase. She found us the exact pair we were looking for and we were out the door with perfectly working appliances. You can’t go wrong with adaptive appliances. I’d leave a 10 star review if I could!
