Rally House Gateway Shopping Center — Local services in Tredyffrin Township

Fantastic service from the full staff at the Wayne location. They went out of their way to help me find a hat. Online inventory showed 3 in the store, however had a challenge personally finding it due to the fantastic selection. The Rally house team checked the racks and back storage room and finally found the one I was looking for behind some others. 3 there… spot on inventory! Also the staff checked in after finding the hat to make sure it fit and if I needed anything else. Will definitely return for my PA team gear needs.

Another great experience going into the shop. A gentleman from the staff helping me find the ideal Phillies cap. Found a similar one to what I was looking for which was in stock at another location. Remembered me from a previous time a couple weeks back when I was browsing for a gift for my son. Visit #1 - On a nice morning, I saw a flashing "Open" sign at the Rally House. I approached the door and pulled. Then I pushed. The door was locked! The store was not open yet. My time was wasted!

Visit #2 - On a nice evening, I entered the store. It was brighter than a sterile hospital. It was a blinding experience. I put my sunglasses on. The LED lumen count and bluelight is OFF THE CHARTS in this Rally House. I suggest other Googlers keep away to save their vision from potential damage. Outrageous. I went here with my 2 kids, both boys looking for sports apparel. My kids spit with me as I was looking for something for my with. I over hear someone kicking my kids out of the store due to the fact that he thought they were trouble makers. He also said that anyone under 18 wasn’t allowed inside which is insane! Even after my kids told the employee that they had a parent in the store, he still ushered them outside into the cold snowy sidewalk. I ask him why he kicked out my children and he removed me from the store because he said I was bad mouthing him. He also said he didn’t believe I was 18.
