Custard Corner — Restaurant in Trenton

Girl taking my order was rude, messed up my order. I purchased 4 items, two of them to go. Of the two I ate there, 1 was dipped in cherry and half of the cone was dipped. (Mess) The other cone was wrong. Was supposed to be a small, and received a kiddie. The two flurries ordered to go, and they came with lids that didn't fit. One lid had scotch tape to try and hold it on (didn't stick since the cup was dirty as well), and the other was smashed on the ice cream. By the time I made it home (5 mins.) there was ice cream all over my front seat from the cups leaking so bad. Extremely disappointed, especially since I used to frequent this...

Beware that the employees here are very Racist to darker skinned people. My Fiancé and I stopped by and we just wanted a small treat before heading back to the park about 2-3 minute walk from this place. The girl at the window barely wanted to take our order, looked at us like we were on the wrong place. My Fiancé ordered for me because how uncomfortable I was! The girl who handed me my cone didn’t even tell me that it was ready and then she acted as if she didn’t even want to give it to me. Ice cream is great but such a shame people can’t come as they are to this...

Kids enjoyed it. Got there about 30 minutes before close - ordered, paid, stepped aside for the next person to order as they got a last minute rush... Five minutes later, line has ALMOST cleared, still was waiting for my kids two ice creams - got back in line, told the girl at the counter... They had been sitting there forgotten and not handed out. Replaced, and given two cards for free ice creams. While this COULD have been a bad experience, the customer service provided as well as the product exceeded expectations. Will return...
