Spent over $50 on an order almost a week in advanced for most of the cookies to be broken in the box when the order was picked up. Additionally, I called ahead of time to inform them I wasn't able to make it at the pick up time and provided the name of who was coming in my place. My friend had the receipt which is all I received from the shop after placing the order. The employee she spoke with was rude to her, at first refusing to give her the order, because my friend did not have an order form (which was never sent to me in the first place). While they did give her the cookies in the end, my friend was upset at how she was talked to. When I informed the shop I never received the order form (provided a screen shot of my messages to prove I only received the recipe), all that was said was "Thanks for letting us know." No apology or anything for how it was handled/they treated her when the error was on their side. I called the girl said no problem they would replace, when I was about to go pick up I called to make sure they were in separate boxes, the lady told me they would not be replacing my pastrys, then hung up on me.
