UPDATE 2 MONTHS AFTER ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've lowered my 2 star rating to a 1 star rating. I gave them another chance and it only got worse. Where do I start? The staff are friendly, that's the only positive because their output is not great. Even the easiest thing, like cutting the pizza, proves to be difficult for this crew. Again, little toppings - some pieces didn't even have one of the two toppings on it. Asked for it well done, received it barely at normal baking standards, let alone the requested well done. The crust is moist, like a freezer burnt pizza I made in my oven at home when I was 13 years old. They put sauce and cheese edge to edge, over top of the (barely existent) crust... just awful. It's a much younger crew; assuming just there for a paycheck because it's obvious no one is paying attention to the quality of what is going out to customers.
GIVE YOU AS LITTLE TOPPINGS AS POSSIBLE.
Consistently last 5 orders this has happened.
Pizza is good and fresh but never correct.
Always ask for Well Done and have yet to receive it this way. We've yet to receive a pizza that actually had our toppings on each slice...
I think they're trying to save money or something because no matter what combo of pizza we order, it looks like 1/4 of the toppings we get from any other Dominos.
If we didn't live across the street, I'd drive to another one. Instead, I get Richard's pizza - yes, it is more expensive but they actually make the pizza we order and they actually give us more than half a handful of toppings.
Customer service isn't an issue; although it boggles the mind how I saw, at least, 8 workers inside tonight and still waited over 2 mins for a hello or acknowledgement that I was in existence.
...the guy handed me my pizza and asked me if I paid. Granted, I paid online but are you really not paying attention to anything to the point you asked me this?
Richard's Pizza across the street, say hello to me, your new...
Read moreA few weeks ago ordered two thin crust pizzas. (Fewer carbs.) Got a text telling me my order passed quality check, but I waited until I got the text that it was ready for pick up 26 minutes later. Both pizzas were burned to a crisp. Tonight I placed the same order, but did not wait for the text to pick up. Pizzas were not burned but were totally dried out. If there had ever been any sauce at all it had evaporated. I conclude that Dominos is stingy on the sauce and lazy or inattentive about taking it out of the oven on time, and notifying customer when order is ready. I’ve had some really good pizza and sandwiches from Domino’s but not lately. UPDATE Feb 17, 2025. I swore off Dominos after all the previous disappointments but this afternoon I was unable to get my grocery order (another story) so reluctantly turned to Domino’s one last time. I ordered two pizzas and soon got a text “in the oven, ready 8-10 minutes. So I got there in ten minutes. Went to drive up window and waited another 10 minutes. People inside wouldn’t even look at me. Started hitting the horn, they looked but wouldn’t make eye contact. The car in line behind me pulled around and left. I waited a full 20 minutes after the order should have been ready and then I left. NEVER AGAIN, DOMINO’S! I mean it this time. I never had experiences like this at Domino’s until I moved here last September. But here, bad service, bad food and poor...
Read moreI am leaving this review because my grandmother had purchased a Philly cheesesteak pizza from the Trenton Ohio lactation and once she picked it up it was burnt. She had already left and called to notify them what had happened. Lisa told her that she could make her a new one so she went to do the exchange. Christian (night shift manager) was extremely rude and would not remake the pizza and told my grandmother that Lisa was going to get written up for this. I have looked up the policy and any pizza not up to satisfaction can be remade FREE OF CHARGE if uneaten and within 2 hours. This was not the case, she called me upset so I called the Trenton location in which Christian proceeded to argue with me back and forth and let me know that he didn’t care about how distasteful his service was. I am disappointed with how the Trenton location has changed and the assistant manager has treated the customers and their staff this way. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am a loyal customer to this specific location and I will no longer do business there as long as Christian still works there. I will be contacting candy directly as I feel he will also cause issues along the way with other returning customers. This is bad for your...
