Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Trenton

Placed an online order everything went threw as normal. Was set to pay driver with CASH at time of delivery. Got the text confirming order and started following the online delivery. About 15 mins later got a call from the store( local one who delivers to use normally) that they ONLY TAKE CASH outside of Trenton( 1.8 miles from the store and the one it directed me to on the site) I could used door dash or pay with a card or cancel the order. We have order from here delivery before no issues and paid cash 90% of the time. Order was around 55 dollars so not like we ordered 200 with paying cash so a normal order. Tracking showed it was being made and ready to start delivery even after the call and the person cancelling the order. I got an email from Pizza Hut asking me how our food was and to answer questions and leave a review so I am even though no food was delivered. So basically Trenton Pizza hut doesn't want any money outside of Trenton. Guess Liberty Township Money isn't good...

Used to order way more but stopped. I live less 5 minutes from the store. Not even a mile. So when I order for delivery, I expect a pizza Hut delivery driver to bring my food as soon as it leaves the oven. That's why I'm okay with paying the $5 delivery fee. What I'm not okay with is pizza Hut outsourcing the delivery of my order to door dash, with a driver that's going to take 20 minutes just to get to the store, and then another 20 to bring me my now cold food because he's got 6 different orders with him going all kinds of places. I'm not okay with that. If I wanted to use door dash, I would use door dash. I specifically order from pizza Hut because it's one of the few places in this small town that does deliver. But no more. Do your own work, pizza Hut. I had NO say in the door dash thing both times it happened and I do not appreciate pizza Hut basically taking the money and running. I was okay with your driver getting that fee and tip. I'm NOT okay with it going to a door...

I love Wing Wednesday. But this order was placed on the mobile app for curbside pickup. I waited in my car for 7 minutes. No one came out with my order that was ready to pickup at the time I arrived. I went inside and saw 2 employees not wearing hairnets nor gloves preparing food in the back of the store. There was a lady behind the partition on her cell phone. 3 other employees also playing with their phones as well. I said hello once & received no response. I said it again a little bit louder, still eliciting no response from ANYONE. I waited a good minute and a half and yelled Hello!! The lady behind the partition (which I assume is the office or their break area). I'm not sure. She finally got another gentleman to come over to counter. Mind you I was literally less than 6 feet away from several employees and I was blatantly ignored. I hate to see how long it would've taken me to get curbside pickup!! Don't make the same mistake I did....
