Dunkin' — Restaurant in Trenton

Always absolutely horrible experience. Never had a good one. Every time I order a signature latte Its always iced when I ask specifically for hot... (Even though I shouldn't have to,,,) I always have to exchange it which adds more to my visit. You can go to any other dunkin and the quality of food / service is like night and day. I had to leave on 2 separate occasions because they kept me over 25 minutes for a coffee and a bagel and I couldn't be late for work. I was the only one in the store, and drive through. I ask for extra cream cheese and am charged for it but never get more then a light spread on a stale bagel. all the food is stale and old. anything cooked in their microwave tastes like chemical cleaner. No offence to the good workers here,...

It's regretful I have to leave a negative review, especially for Dunkin as it's one of my favorites. I was passing through town for a business conference and drove thru early one morning.

The young lady with the braids and freckles at the window was incredibly crass and rude. She was not wearing a name tag. My hot tea was leaking like crazy and she refused to offer any assistance. I've never experienced such poor customer service. Again, I regret I have to write this, but I've just never experienced this level of rudeness.

In addition to this, her braids were all over, and I can only assume the one hair I found in my bag was from her.

Well where do I start walked in this Dunkin and there was over 10 employees in front of me and the manager running the drive thru we were standing there totally ignored finally I grabbed someone's attention they came to help confessed but tried helping there was people walking out it was just unbelievable with all those worker's and couldn't get it right this stores seems very busy but the manager needs to call a meeting with his employees and read them the riot card your here to do a job if you don't like your fellow employees get a new job cause it looked like nobody liked each other anyway bad experience with all the worker's it should...
