Emmanuel’s Bagel & Deli — Restaurant in Ewing Township

Don't order off GrubHub, they will mess your order up completely, Got bacon and cheese on egg bagel and they put egg on my bagel which my son is allergic to, they forgot my bagel with butter, and my omelette was burnt. Then I tried calling them instead of going through GrubHub for them just to give me the things done correctly, and they ask me to bring the food back that our hands were on so I could get the correct food, they said that's the only way I could get the correct food. Smh. Won't be ordering...

Asked for a buttered poppyseed bagel toasted with bacon, this is what I got....... An everything bagel with butter thick as cream cheese even after some melted cause it was toasted. Disgusting! And my bill had an extra bagel on it that was never ordered. I had to get a refund for that. Home fries were sub- par also. Yet so many people are raving about this place? What will you do to keep my business? Cause one visit showed me you guys are going to have a hard time keeping up with the other bagel shops...

Good food, just not ready for larger orders/functions. I had become a semi-regular, enjoying their food. Portions small, but good. My company was having an early staff meeting and wanted breakfast for 70 people. I suggested Emmanuel's. Big mistake! I called and they said, "No problem. We prepare for large groups all the time." Not true. After giving them the order, they never responded. I've called numerous times. No luck. Please, just be professional and admit you're not equipped to handle...
