Precision Barber Company — Local services in Ewing Township

Never going back. I got a beard trim / hot towel shave which was half-assed and this is not the first time this happened to me here so I wanted to leave a review to share my experience / disappointment.

First, he didn't even bother to clean up after the person before me left so I was sitting in someone else's hair. Then he trimmed the beard very quickly with the clipper all around so it lacks any shape.

And I got no hot towel when I'm literally paying for the hot towel shave service. It's not the first time this has happened either. Apparently they ran out of towels? But this already happened multiple times before! How do you not have towels every time?

And I'm pretty sure that at one point, they were just wetting the towels in the sink and warming them up in the microwave before putting them on our face. Not really what the hot towel experience is supposed to be. But at least those times, we got the towel.

I get bad razor burn / irritation when the hot towels / steam are not used. I don't understand, why we are paying for this service and not getting what we are paying for?

But, the whole thing felt rushed, my skin was irritated and cut up in several spots around my neck, and he didn't even bother cleaning the excess hair off my face / ears / shoes after it was done. This is a perfect example of lack of professionalism, quality and consistency. I'm never going back and don't want to support this...

I’ve been getting my haircut from John since 2014 when he was working in the Princeton area and he has yet to give me a disappointing haircut. John is a down the earth person and it clearly spreads throughout the shop with his team. His team are just one of a kind that provides wonderful customer services and incredible ending results. I love the appointments slot because unlike other barbershops, Precision honors the code and will make sure you will receive your cut in your allotted time slot. Walk ins are of course recommended but appointments are the way to go since they book up fast and quick every day even during COVID. If only John and his team are able to move to Maryland, I wouldn’t have to worry about driving so far to get my cut but I make that...

Guaranteed to get a great haircut with barbers that are passionate about what they do and will take the time to get it right every time. And this is all at a very reasonable price for how much time and effort they put into your cut.

It is a chill place with music or a movie playing at all times.

Their protocols for covid are good too. You have to fill out a survey before going confirming your symptom-free, get temperature checked at the door, and everyone wears a mask the whole time. It’s also small and you have to make a reservation online so there will never be more then 4 to 6 people in there at a time, and they have plastic...
