I’m new to this area and have been to this Christina’s location once before.. had an excellent experience! Returned back tonight and unfortunately did not experience the same treatment. I’m not one to typically give a poor review.. but I made sure to check the time of closing being that I didn’t want to be “ that person “ who comes in a few minutes prior to close . I came in at 7:30 pm ..closing as I asked was at 9 pm . Sat at the bar .. felt like I was a total burden! When I asked for a napkin I was pointed to the bar top bev napkins to take one from there. As in help myself to one . Ordered combo fajitas- got all steak . Asked for medium on steak portion ALL came out well done steak ! Not to mention nobody wants to eat their meal around a closing bar shift .. taking down bar mats , fruit trays etc .or having their shift meal in front of their bar guests.. It’s just simply not an inviting feel for a guest and hour and a half prior to closing or ever really . My Water glass stayed empty! .Bartender seemed like a very sweet girl .. just disturbed to be having to wait on guests . Will say a positive was the Female Manager on shift, she was an absolute sweetheart and every time she walked by myself or another guest she spoke to us and was very pleasant and welcoming big personality and warm smile! Most likely won’t be returning unfortunately I was really looking forward to a new restaurant near my new home . Really felt like I needed to leave @8:30 as chairs were being placed on top of tables for closing and or was a sign for...
Read moreFood is overpriced and worse than drive-through quality. On top of that they nickel and dime you for every little thing. Especially when it comes to the kids meals. When it's all said and done you end up paying almost 9 dollars for a kids meal because they charge you extra for the drink. On top of that they are incredibly insensitive to their customers needs. I have a special needs child who would not eat any of the sides so she asked for a double order of mac & cheese. This is something we do regularly at many of their competitors and they accommodate us without issue. This place wants to charge you additional money for an already overpriced meal...basically we paid $10 for 2 scoops of Mac and cheese and a kids Dr Pepper!! On top of that my wife and I ordered a chicken and cheese enchilada plate. The chicken came out tough and to be honest I have better quality food from Taco Bell. I highly recommend everyone stay clear of this restaurant unless you want to spend the equivalent money of a five-star restaurant for a less than one...
Read moreLet me start with the fact that when I got there, I sat at the bar and was completely ignored by two employees who clearly saw me sitting there without a menu who walked out two times and served the couple next to me and still continued to ignore me. It wasn't busy. Then when I did get a menu, no one bothered to take my order. It wasn't until my friend who I was waiting for showed up that I FINALLY got attentive service. That was about the only good thing I have to say about this place. The food was forgettable and was BLAND, and my mango margarita tasted like it was pre-made mix with little to no tequila. I should have just followed my first hunch and left to another restaurant with better service and food. My friend picked the place so I didn't want to be rude. Don't waste your time. Plenty of other tex mex restaurants that offer a better experience.
PS: Some advice from someone who has 15 yrs of service experience: acknowledging your patrons when they first sit down even when you're busy...
