Rosati's Pizza @Trophy Club — Restaurant in Trophy Club

Called to place an order for delivery. The lady asked for the address BEFORE taking the order (remember this). The restaurant is only 9 minutes away. We go here often! She then ask what would I like. After taking the order at 7:18 she says it will take about 45 minutes. Cool. 8:08pm the driver calls and says he’s at the wrong address and ask for the address again. I give it to him and he says he’s 25 minutes away. I call back to Rosatis and let them know hey the pizza will be here later and will likely be cold. The guy assures me it will be fine. 8:34pm the driver calls and says he’s 4 minutes away. I go outside turn the flashlight on and he pulls up and drives off. He turns around while on the phone with me and I tell him he just pulled up and pulled off. He’s going back and forth with me saying he doesn’t see me (while I’m waving my flashlight) as I tell him I’m waving the flashlight. He finally gives me the pizza at 8:39pm. I call Rosatis to tell them hey the pizza isn’t warm and that we only love 9 minutes away. Instead of taking accountability and apologizing he ask for the address AGAIN and says it’s not 9 minutes away. So I tell him yes it is. And again no apology he says my address isn’t in their delivery service area yet the lady took my address to check before even taking our order. The guy was so rude and the driver was rude as well as a cold pizza that I didn’t even have the energy to go back and forth, but they will not get our money again. I have never had a bad experience with them...

Well darn----we were so very disappointed with the pizza. Tried at lunch time one piece of ready made pizza. Slice was huge so was enough for spouse and I. Fillings on top were ok, pizza sauce good but the double crust was NOT good (too dry and too much dough) SOOO that evening we wanted to give Rosati's another chance so called in for a 12 inch thin crust pizza. The young man that took our order was a huge asset to the company! Couldn't wait to pick up the pizza plus hopefully meet the young gentleman! Picked up our pizza & met the young man who had taken our order and was just as delighted to meet him in person as we were talking with him earlier on the phone! Wish that I had learned his name---he was such a nice young man! Tried our thin crusted pizza and was NOT impressed with the crust. It was awful plus being rather dark brown (burnt almost). Topping was ok but hard to tell as it also was way over cooked! So sad as we were really looking forward to having a pizza place in our back door! I'm...

Stopped in for lunch - got an Italian Beef (sort of like a French Dip) and my son got a slice of sausage pizza with a side of fries. Very good all around - the sandwich and pizza both had great flavor. It's a pretty small interior for dining in (only three tables), but a nice comfy atmosphere and they have pizza by the slices. I initially didn't want the fries, but they're actually garlic fries and were very good. The only two critiques I had were that the Au jus for the French Dip (sorry....Italian Beef) came in a plastic container that made it difficult (and messy) to dip, and the pizza dough was a little tough, but that seemed to be a factor of having it under the heat lamps since we got it by the...
