McMenamins Loading Dock Grill — Restaurant in Troutdale

Oh no McMenamins! What’s happening? Portion sizes are small and staff is non observant. It feels like early days before you turned it around. Back to waiting a very long time for mediocre food, in portion sizes that leave you hungry. Our food was delivered and they didn’t even notice we didn’t have any silverware. When I got up from my table to get some I found the guy who brought our food and he said annoyingly “ask the hostess” I guess he was too busy talking to his friends at the bar. Average pub food but the atmosphere was very nice. Outdoor patio seating surrounded by foliage and lovely flowers. The service was mediocre at best, and we ordered a pizza that didn’t make it. Apparently there was a malfunction with the printer and the pizza would take an additional hour, so we ordered an alternative. Other than the food delay, it was an average dining experience. Probably won’t return to this...

My husband and I and our two small dogs had a great experience here. We visited on a Friday afternoon before the Ween concert. The entire Edgefield property was busy with concert-goers, but the staff still gave us great service and were sweet as pie to our us (and to our dogs!). We loved sitting on the HUGE patio here.
