I am beyond disgusted by this entire staff and management team after coming here more often. The food is great, but definitely don't get comfortable around them!! Recently, I have undergone bullying by one female who had very poor behavior that is currently employed here. She yelled and cussed out at me for no absolute reason and gave me very informal responses over a non-problematic simple statement. Before then, she seemed like a great person, but that soon shifted quickly after she revealed her true colors. I said I would like to communicate with her more, but she ended up snapping at me over it. Very weird, strange and a not a normal thing to do. She ended up going around her entire team causing more chaos and trouble as her "backup" maybe to bring me down? Very childish. All of them started talking down on me..Maybe they were trying to get the best of me? Jealous rage? Maybe they are just miserable with their lives and unhappy with themselves to tear down the beautiful innocence? Who knows, but it was very uncalled for. I stood my ground and told her to not treat me like that then another team member jumped in and said "but you can't tell people how to act or talk" what??? It's called respect and I deserve to have my respect as much as they do. Even after getting attacked like that, I still respected them and continued treating them with kindness.
When I tried reporting this situation to the General Manager, however he randomly took pictures of my face and backed up his team member by manipulating me and forcing the blame on me. As if being snapped at over a simple statement was my fault? I did not deserve to get treated with so much disrespect by a lack of communication skills and a very unprofessional set of team members. Causing chaos and making a simple statement that isn't problematic into a raging, useless, immature fight. So weird!! I'm going to continue being happy, smiley, and cheerful and I'm still going to continue with going to college because strong and capable people don't give up! Nothing will bring me down! Out of respect, l'd recommend some of you going to the hospital and getting an anger check because you may have bipolar or a form of anger disorder. I definitely wish everyone luck in...

So I go inside no one was at the counter my 3 sandwichs were sitting on the counter ready to be bagged. Finally a person comes I said I had an online order. They just ignored me. I stood there waiting while 3 drive thru orders were handed out and a dine in order as well. I finally said I could have came in and ordered it faster than online and received it faster.
